Watami Group established in 1982, started off in the Japanese dining-out restaurant business with the key concept of providing a place for all occasions and a comfortable space. In 1992, the Ishokuya concept “Watami” was developed, with 600 domestic outlets and 30 overseas outlets, of different operation types currently established. |

| Responsibilities: • Build, develop and guide a strong team • Create a energetic and motivating environment for staff to work in • Perform roster planning for the service crew • Act as a facilitator between the management and the restaurant • Ensure smooth operations and cleanliness in the restaurant • Ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures • Ensure excellent delivery of customer service • Handle customers’ feedback professionally • Manage the inventory and ensure sufficient supply at all times Requirements: • Fresh Diploma/Degree graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided OR ‘N’ or ‘O’ level holders with 2-3 years relevant experience • Have a keen interest in restaurant operations • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Energetic, proactive and self-motivated • Observant and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment • Service-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude • People-oriented team player, as well as hands-on leader • Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays • Applicants should be Singapore citizen or PR |
